All of the CARHA and NCHL rules can be found on the website at http://www.nanaimohockey.ca. A few rules of note - Chirping at the Refs is now a bench minor to be served by the team Captain followed by the alternates. After 3 bench minors for chirping the Refs can call the game forfeit. This is at the Refs discretion. Excessive celebration of goals is now a unsportsmanlike minor penalty. A warning will be given for the first offense ...
